QUEER TALENTS:
An embodiment mini-workshop by Mirjam Leunissen, who will teach us how to effectively regulate stress & emotions and to change limiting beliefs & behaviours.
Through simple, hands-on exercises, we’ll explore how our bodies are not just ‘brain taxis’ but affect everything we think, feel and do - including our habits around phone use and how we can shift these for the better. We’ll also look at what we are communicating in real life through our bodies and how we can develop more choice in how we show up.
18:30
📱 Reunite with your phone 😇 and have a peaceful night.
NOTE: Please bring with you a book, journal, crochet set, or whatever helps you connect with yourself during the INTROVERTED TIME. We will also provide some crosswords, books, and drawing materials.
💶 Please bring cash or a physical card with you to pay for your drinks/snacks, as you won’t have access to your phone till the end of the event
🎟️ If you can't make it, please forward your ticket to a friend - we have no refund policy.
